Position Summary: If you can see yourself providing Child Care excellence in a comfortable and safe learning environment, this job is for you! Infant/Toddler teachers look for, and assist in, the earliest stages of motor skills, growth and learning to enhance healthy development. - Ensures that guidelines are followed in compliance with agency policy and state licensing requirements.
- Assists with planning and scheduling activities.
- Provides direct service to assigned class of students (i.e.: Infant, Toddler, Pre-K, etc.)
- Recruits participants and volunteers for engaging programs and activities.
- Facilitates referrals to resources.
- Ensures that parents and program are working cooperatively for healthy growth of children.
- Plans, prepares and maintains program materials and supplies.
- Makes recommendations to supervisor regarding expenditures.
- Maintains accurate files and records for informational reports and statistical data.
- Maintains clean, safe and secure Child Care Center, playground and play equipment.
- Participates in required Child Care training.

- May transport children to and from school and/or field trips.
- Works together in a team atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education and infant care
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills
- Knowledge of child development and toddler care
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs
- Background in daycare or preschool settings
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
