Scouting America Outfitters are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst II to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and Information Technology teams. This role partners closely with business units to understand operational needs, evaluate current processes, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that align with organizational strategy.
The IT Business Analyst II combines strong business domain knowledge with technical acumen to improve systems, streamline processes, and support the full system development lifecycle—from discovery through implementation and testing.
