Port Fish and Chophouse is the NEW waterfront restaurant at Breakwater Inn. We are a fast paced bustling restaurant and are seeking experienced and driven Line Cooks. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Maintaining a professional, customer first attitude driven by hospitality is key.
- Executing assigned tasks and food recipe preparation to spec.
- Maintaining sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful approach with coworkers and customers.
- Completes assigned opening and closing duties in the kitchen.
- Receive deliveries and organize stock.
- Maintaining facility appearance, cleanliness, and display standards in compliance with company standards.
