As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing an engaging and entertaining experience for our guests while ensuring the integrity of the games. Your role will involve dealing cards, managing bets, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the casino environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and an interest in the casino/entertainment industry.
Duties
- Deal cards and manage gameplay at assigned tables, ensuring adherence to game rules and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and chip exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Monitor player behavior to ensure compliance with casino policies and promote responsible gaming.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding game status and guest needs.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate payouts and manage bets efficiently.
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during gameplay in a calm and professional manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with casino operations or experience as a dealer is highly desirable.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and game management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to manage conflicts professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience.
