Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatric speech and language evaluations. This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP looking for flexible supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact through comprehensive, high-quality assessments.
If you enjoy developing the next generation of clinicians, this role also offers opportunities to supervise graduate student clinicians, mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and provide guidance to Clinical Fellows/SLP interns as they grow their clinical skills. You'll play an important role not only in supporting children and families, but also in shaping future professionals in the field.

Pay: $80 per completed evaluation & $50/week per person (SLPA or CF-SLP) you supervise

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients

Select and administer standardized and informal assessment tools

Interpret assessment findings and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations

Complete timely, thorough evaluation reports

Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding evaluation results and treatment recommendations

Help children begin the right therapeutic journey through accurate diagnosis and clinical expertise

On-site collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and fellow Speech-Language Pathologists

Partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for support with complex behavioral needs

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license

Minimum of one year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience

Experience conducting pediatric speech and language evaluations preferred
