Duties
- Distribute flyers in public spaces, or at community events with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Engage in face-to-face conversations to promote products, services, or campaigns effectively
- Use mobile devices to record distribution progress and communicate with team members as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude while representing the organization and ensuring high-quality customer service during interactions
Experience
- Prior field sales or canvassing experience is highly desirable
- Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to walk for extended periods in different weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face engagement and active listening
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse communities effectively
