We are seeking a motivated Commercial Construction Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects on-site. Your expertise will help maintain rigorous standards through inspections, data collection, and hands-on support during construction activities. - Conduct detailed quality control of construction work
- Perform on-site data collection to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts as well as daily reports and progress photos
- Assist with construction site activities, supporting superintendent in executing tasks safely and efficiently
- Support quality control processes by identifying issues early and collaborating with superintendent
- Document all findings accurately through reports and logs for ongoing project tracking
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting site audits
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites, particularly with commercial projects involving masonry, concrete forming, or related trades
- Familiarity with construction inspection, quality control procedures, and data collection methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with construction tools and equipment relevant to commercial building projects
