Job Summary
CST is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Custodian to join our dynamic facilities team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, breakroom and all common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust surfaces, and mop floors
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Report any maintenance or repair issues
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively in various environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and responsibly
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
