Machine Operators (Entry Level Fabricators)

We're looking for skilled, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll learn to set up and operate machines, tools, and fixtures, perform finishing work on welded assemblies, and help produce high-quality metal components from start to finish. What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred — we're willing to train the right person!
- Understanding of and commitment to OSHA safety standards
- Strong communication, reading, and math skills
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- A professional, organized, and reliable work ethic
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate production equipment to meet production needs
- Follow verbal and written instructions to produce assigned products
- Blend welds and part surfaces using dual-action sanders as needed
- Select the right tools and grinding pad grit to achieve the desired finish
- Complete equipment set-ups per customer specs and quality procedures
- Track time and materials used for each job
- Inspect parts and document findings on required paperwork
- Pretreat, clean, and mask parts as needed
- Load parts correctly for maximum line efficiency
- Use measuring devices to ensure top-quality results
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Report equipment issues, product discrepancies, or injuries to management promptly
- 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime available on Fridays as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions
- Ability to operate machinery and power tools
- Willingness to wear required safety gear
