Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:50 PM–7:00 AM

Location: Richmond, VA
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor who will assist the Manufacturing Manager with the comprehensive day-to-day activities of the production area. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hourly associates and ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and cleanliness in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Manage human and material resources to meet production goals.

Ensure productivity expectations are met.

Prepare and maintain accurate production reports.

Monitor staffing levels and headcounts to support optimal production output.

Lead FAs for repetitive failures and production misses.

Monitor production activities and communicate issues to the Manufacturing Manager.

Manage the safety and cleanliness of the production area.

Delegate cleaning responsibilities to hourly associates.

Ensure all employees within the area of responsibility are properly wearing required PPE.

Coach employees regarding unsafe behaviors and reinforce safety expectations.

Promote a safe and compliant work environment.

Monitor production lines to ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Coach production workers on food-safe production practices.

Ensure employees follow GMPs and established quality procedures.

Identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.

Basic understanding of manufacturing terminology and tools.

Basic knowledge of production, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred and considered a plus to support a diverse workforce.

Ability to remain on your feet for 10–12 hours.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and climb while performing repetitive tasks.
