As our Catering Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing all catering orders, from initial inquiry to successful delivery.
- Communicating with customers to confirm order details, timelines, and special requests.
- Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for catering and restaurant operations.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and coordinating labor needs for catering events.
- Collaborating with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Maintaining accurate records of catering orders, inventory, and schedules.
- Building relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to grow catering sales.
- Ensuring all catering orders meet Nick the Greek’s high standards for quality and service.
- Assisting with delivery logistics and event setup as needed.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of experience, skills, and enthusiasm to the role. Our ideal candidate has:

At least 1 year of experience in catering, restaurant operations, hospitality, or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer and scheduling systems.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Experience with inventory management and staff scheduling. - Familiarity with restaurant or catering operations.
