- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot

Build relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget

Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

Explain vehicle features, benefits, technology, and available options

Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and previous customers

Learn and execute all steps of the sales process

Maintain customer records and CRM activities

Work closely with management to achieve individual and team sales goals

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required

Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
