Lead full-cycle Project Management activities
Develop accurate project budgets using historical cost data
Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and field operations
Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs
Oversee labor resources, both internal and subcontracted
Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and documentation
Mentor and develop project team members
Represent Our Client professionally on all job sites
Build and maintain strong client relationships at the project level
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
3+ years Project Management experience
Strong estimating background, including 2+ years as Assistant Estimator
MBA is a plus
Success Factors
Experience with a commercial masonry subcontractor or general contractor
Background in marketing, sales, or client relationship development
Ability to perform in high-pressure environments
Consistent record of meeting and exceeding goals
Highly self-motivated with strong personal and professional standards
Position requires work from the office and active job sites
