Strategic Leadership:

Team Management & Accountability:

Supervise Sales Managers, F&I Managers, and Sales Consultants.

Oversee the hiring and training of new employees.

Sales & Operations:

Take a hands-on approach by working leads, desking deals, and ensuring rebates and contracts are collected.

Actively motivate and support sales staff to achieve goals, maintain high morale, and provide an enjoyable atmosphere.

Meet with sales managers to plan day-to-day operations and achieve sales and gross profit goals.

Ensure the sales department is consistently meeting benchmarks for closing ratios.

Assist in establishing trust among our clientele and closing deals.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Must have experience managing high-volume operations, specifically 250–275 new cars per month and 225–250 used cars per month.

Previously employed as a General Sales Manager at a Toyota dealership.

Extensive experience successfully managing used car operations.
-
Track record of profitability and above-average CSI.
-
Ability to desk deals and close deals.
-
Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Strong listening skills with strict attention to detail.
-
Ability to effectively build rapport with others.
-
Working knowledge of automotive DMS systems.
-
Excellent working knowledge of Auto systems like Dealertrack, V Auto, and E-leads is preferred.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
