As a UX Designer at Sakha, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution. Your primary focus will be on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methods, and translating those insights into visually appealing and functional designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.

Information Architecture: Develop site maps and user flow diagrams.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Interaction and Visual Design: Design intuitive and accessible interfaces using design patterns, typography, and color theory.

Collaboration: Work with product managers and developers, incorporating feedback to refine
Skill sets/Experience we require:

5+ years of UX design experience.

Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Zeppelin and other Adobe products.

Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

Experience working in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

Passionate about resolving user pain points
Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design / Fine Arts a related subject
