The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Gettysburg, PA.
In this role, you’ll help residents regain function, increase independence, and improve quality of life while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your Impact
Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Assist with screenings and assessments to help shape personalized care plans
Deliver compassionate, goal-driven treatments aligned with residents’ needs and functional goals
Maintain clear and timely documentation and communicate progress with the OT and interdisciplinary care team
What You’ll Need
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Strong communication skills and a resident-centered mindset
Commitment to ongoing professional development
