Are you passionate about helping others and making a lasting impact in your community? We're seeking Community Relationship Associates to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding financial access, strengthening neighborhoods, and empowering individuals through education and relationship-building.
This is not a traditional office position. Our team members spend significant time in the community building relationships, supporting members, and growing local engagement through outreach and referrals.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and support an existing portfolio of members within an established branch
- Build strong relationships through ongoing communication and personalized support
- Grow membership through referrals, networking, and community outreach efforts
- Participate in local events, neighborhood activities, and community engagement opportunities
- Educate members on available programs, resources, and financial education initiatives
- Support women-focused lending circles and community development programs
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate within the communities you support
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for helping underserved communities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in the community and networking with diverse groups of people
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet community and member needs
- Valid driver's license required
- Must reside within the local hiring area
- MUST be Bilingual English/Spanish
