Lead the development and delivery of financial analyses supporting strategic initiatives, service line performance, growth strategies, and operational improvement.
Partner with financial and operational leaders to evaluate financial impact of volume changes, new programs, capital investments, and care delivery models.
Develop proformas, ROI analyses, and scenario modeling for business cases and strategic decisions.
Translate complex financial and cost data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Administer applications for financial reporting, capital tracking, budgeting, and productivity.
Oversee the organization’s cost accounting system and methodologies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with best practices.
Ensure timely updates to cost structures, including labor, supplies, implants, pharmaceuticals, and overhead.
Develop training programs for personnel within the organization regarding use of specialized and analytical reports as well as reporting tools.
Partner with IT and data teams to optimize data integrity across financial, clinical, and operational systems (e.g., GL, cost accounting, EHR).
Ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and governance around financial models and data sources.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance analytics capabilities.
Lead, mentor, and develop decision support and cost accounting staff.
