Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor (Overnight Shift)

Shift Timings: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
We are hiring a reliable and professional Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor for our overnight shift. Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality, with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete nightly audit and reports
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Monitor hotel activity and enforce hotel policies professionally
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
- Night audit experience is a plus
- Experience with Choice Advantage Software is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be available to work 11 PM – 7 AM
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Must be professional, respectful, and confident when dealing with guests and non-guests
