Vintage Luxury Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple luxury home projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
- Maintain exceptional quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners, architects, and designers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Lead problem-solving and daily project execution
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of residential construction management experience
- Luxury custom home experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to read construction plans and manage all phases of construction
- Commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and client satisfaction
