Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, hospitality-focused Assistant Manager who is eager to grow into a future General Manager role with our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with store leadership to learn all aspects of operating a high-volume ice cream business, including team leadership, customer service, food safety, staffing, training, inventory, and operational performance. This role is designed as a leadership development position for candidates with the potential to eventually oversee an entire store operation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily store operations
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a positive guest experience
- Coach, train, and motivate team members
- Assist with onboarding and team development
- Help manage labor, product quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Support inventory management, ordering, and waste control
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld
- Step into leadership during busy periods and problem-solve in real time
- Learn the operational and financial fundamentals needed to run a successful store

- At least 2 years prior restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience required
- Desire to grow into a General Manager or multi-unit leadership role
