Cedar City Capital is a Cedar City–based company that owns and operates growing subscription e-commerce brands. Our flagship subscription store has thousands of members and is scaling fast — fast enough that day-to-day operations have outgrown the owner's calendar. We're hiring one person to run them.
Who you'd be working for. Cedar City Capital is owned and run by a Cedar City local who has spent years building online businesses and has managed eight-figure advertising budgets for major e-commerce brands. This is an established, revenue-generating company — a real W-2 position with reliable payroll, documented systems, and future oppurtunities. Small company, real job, no drama.
The job. You run the day-to-day across our e-commerce subsidiaries: order fulfillment, customer support quality, subscription billing operations, managing our developer and virtual assistants, and improving one thing every single day. You work directly with the owner against a one-page scorecard — clear numbers, zero politics — and your authority grows on a written schedule as you deliver.
You. You find problems before anyone assigns them. Experience running operations somewhere real — e-commerce, logistics/3PL, multi-unit retail or restaurant, or military. You've built processes, managed remote people, and can show us at least one thing you fixed that nobody asked you to fix. You write clearly and live in numbers. Shopify experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Location. Cedar City area (or committed to moving here). Mostly remote to start, with regular in-person working days.
Pay. $100,000–$110,000 base depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to the scorecard — $120k+ all-in for strong performance. Straightforward 90-day review, and a real growth path to running operations across multiple brands.
