We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences, and we know that starts with a safe, comfortable, and flawlessly maintained property. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our 45-room hotel running smoothly.
The Role:
As our Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our property's operations. You will respond to daily maintenance requests and perform routine preventive upkeep across all guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Repairs: Fix plumbing leaks, replace fixtures, patch drywall, and paint as needed.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of HVAC units, electrical systems, and hotel amenities to prevent breakdowns.
- Guest Rooms: Address and troubleshoot issues in guest rooms (e.g., TVs, door locks, thermostats) promptly and discreetly.
- Common Areas: Ensure lobby, hallways, pool, and fitness center equipment are safe and operational.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 years of hands-on maintenance experience (hotel or multi-family property maintenance preferred).
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
