Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and care to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, home health, and community care environments.
Responsibilities
- Document patient observations accurately and update care plans regularly to reflect changing needs or conditions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a respectful and engaging environment for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to monitor vital signs effectively.
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
