Front Desk & Client Advisor — Monarch Auto Works
Denver, CO (2021 E 74th Ave) | Full/Part-time, on-site
Monarch Autoworks is a premium automotive appearance shop — ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film, window tint, and vinyl wrap. Our clients are enthusiasts, collectors, and professionals who care a great deal about their vehicles. You'll be the first person they talk to and the last person they see before they drive away.
We're seeking someone who likes being at the center of scheduling and management. You'll be quoting work, following up with clients, and keeping the day organized — the person everyone counts on to know what's happening and when.
Responsibilities
Quoting and follow-up
- Answer calls, web inquiries, and texts — we aim to respond quickly, because the shop that gets back to someone first usually earns the job
- Build accurate quotes from our price sheets across detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, tint, and wrap
- Ask good questions to understand what each client actually wants: the vehicle, its condition, their goals
- Check back in on open quotes on a regular rhythm so nothing slips through
- Keep track of where every inquiry came from and how it turned out
Client experience
- Welcome clients at drop-off and pickup, and walk them through the work we did
- Complete intake paperwork and photograph each vehicle before work begins
- Explain aftercare clearly and send clients home with the right documentation
- If someone's unhappy, listen well and get them to the right person quickly
Shop operations
- Own the schedule — booking jobs into the right bay at the right time so the days flow
- Take deposits and process payments
- Keep client records, warranty registrations, and job files accurate and current
- Order and track front-office and shop supplies
- Basic bookkeeping entry in QuickBooks
What we're looking for
- Comfort talking with clients about meaningful investments — you'll be quoting a $2,000 coating package, and we want you to feel confident doing it
- Clear, warm written communication; your quotes and follow-ups represent the shop
- Care with details, since accurate pricing and scheduling keep everyone's day on track
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets, and happy to learn new tools
- A steady hand when the day gets full, which it sometimes does
Nice to have
- Automotive experience of any kind — dealership, service writing, body shop, parts counter
- Sales or client-facing work where you helped people make a decision
- Urable familiarity
- Conversational Spanish
We'll teach you the products and the process. What we're really hoping for is someone who genuinely wants clients to leave happy.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, [7:30 AM–3:00 PM]
