Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Full-Time Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia mountains, Unicoi offers a one-of-a-kind setting where great food, great drinks, and genuine Southern hospitality come together.
Our team serves guests at two unique dining destinations: Smith Creek Tavern and Anna’s Italian Restaurant. Whether you're pouring a craft cocktail, recommending the perfect entrée, or creating a memorable dining experience, you'll play an important role in making every guest's visit special.
- Provide friendly, attentive service from greeting guests through payment
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Deliver food and drinks with a welcoming attitude and attention to detail
- Make recommendations and help guests discover their next favorite dish or drink
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and company standards
- Create memorable experiences for lodge guests, park visitors, and local diners

- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Nights and weekends are a must; availability to work holidays as needed is also required
- Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol
