Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate Modality Expert with a strong interest in holistic wellness to join our team. As a Modality Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients on their wellness journey by providing various therapeutic treatments. This position offers a part-time schedule of 18-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and two Saturdays a month from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with shifts being 6 hours in duration. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
Perform a range of holistic wellness treatments. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their unique wellness needs and goals. Provide personalized treatment plans tailored to individual clients, considering their specific conditions and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space, ensuring a serene and welcoming environment for clients. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients. Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of holistic wellness practices, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Actively contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
