Kelly is hiring ten Direct Hire Production Workers on behalf of a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer that has been producing essential products used in homes, businesses, food production, water treatment, and transportation for over 175 years. This is a union environment.
Shifts:
- 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
- Rotating all three shifts as needed

Responsibilities
- Operate bagging, packaging, and production equipment
- Fill, palletize, and transport finished products
- Supply production lines with required materials
- Follow production schedules and operating procedures
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Perform equipment adjustments and minor maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support multiple departments and production lines as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance
- Ability to operate or learn powered industrial equipment
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work 10-20 hours of overtime
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding manufacturing environment requiring:
- Frequent lifting up to 65 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, and carrying materials
- Working in a noisy industrial environment
- Exposure to dust, vibration, and moving machinery
- Steel-toed footwear required
