Duties
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or incidents, utilizing CPR or first aid skills when necessary.
- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for residents, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes when they arise.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents or investigations.
- Minor Valet duties.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, or conflict management is preferred; ongoing training is supported.
- Familiarity with security protocols including access control procedures and emergency response plans.
- Strong observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies.
- Experience working overnight shifts or in a 24/7 security environment is advantageous but not required.
