Overview
Small title company in Orlando looking for an experienced closer / title agent. Must be licensed or able to get licensed. Must have a minimum 5 years experience and be able to work at the office, in-person. We are looking to grow so there is plenty of opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20-30 closings per month
- Prepare closing statements and balance with lenders
- Prepare and review escrow closing documents
- Coordinate with clients and schedule closings
- Review title requirements and comply
- Balance and disburse funds
- Record documents in official records
- Prepare title policies
- Maintain client relationships and attract new business, may include attending networking events/meetings
- Conduct closings
Qualifications
- 5 plus years experience as a closer is required
- Experience with Qualia preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of title insurance policies, lien searches, and escrow procedures is required
- Ability to work efficiently in a detail-oriented environment while managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Title License
- Notary Public
Salary plus commission on new or book of business.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
