Position: Import Coordinator (NVOCC/Freight forwarder)
SEAMAX FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL, INC (NVOCC/Freight forwarder) is seeking for experienced import coordinators with minimum 2 years experiences in Ocean & Air import, dealing with steam ship lines, airlines, custom brokers, trucking co, and all related documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (No Visa sponsorship)
Minimum 2 years of Freight Forwarding (NVOCC) operation working experience REQUIRED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must
Bilingual is plus. (Mandarin / Korean)
Responsibilities and Duties but not limited to:
Process and manage import shipments.
Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.
