Position Overview:
As a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter, you'll play a key role in attracting and onboarding motivated loan officers to our growing brokerage. This is an in-person role based in our Gilbert office and offers a $24.00/Hour wage plus commission, with six-figure income potential. You’ll be supported by a positive, high-energy team environment, provided leads, and ample growth opportunities within the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit qualified mortgage loan officers
- Screen and interview candidates, communicating our value and culture
- Develop and manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and company expansion plans
- Maintain a strong presence and professional representation of Barrett Financial Group
