Martin North Hospital’s 5NW Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides c are to patients that have been stepped down from the ICU but still require a higher level of monitoring and care than a medical-surgical unit . As an RN Resident on this team, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed alongside a success coach . On this nursing team, you will feel supported and appreciated for the knowledge you must share and have access to our advanced technology and research to ensure all patients receive world-class care.
