Case Manager II-Large Managed Care Company
Fully Remote-Telephonic
Must be RN licensed in WA State or Compact
Prefer located in WA but will consider other states
3-5 yrs. experience in Managed Care Case Management (Medicaid/Medicare). Experience in Quality Gap closure preferred.
Day-to-day: Coordinate Care for Medicaid/Medicare members; complete initial and annual health risk assessments; close quality gaps
M-F 8-5 PST-some flexibility in start/end times
