Position: Residential HVAC Install Technician
Location: Surfside Beach, SC.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Install Technician to join a growing team. This role is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems and supporting homeowners with Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship that improves comfort, efficiency, and air quality.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC Installation
- Install residential heating and cooling systems, including split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and ductless systems.
- Remove and properly dispose of old equipment following safety and environmental guidelines.
- Install, modify, and repair ductwork as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation.
Customer Service & Team Support
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job site.
- Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and IAQ solutions.
- Accurately document installation details and complete required paperwork.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and safe working condition.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Experience installing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products strongly preferred.
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
