CAPNEMO Little Learners Academy has an immediate opening for a Cook Aide/Center Aide
The Cook Aide is responsible for assisting the Cook in planning and organizing while purchasing, preparing, dating, labeling, and storing foods in the assigned center. Being able to operate and manage the kitchen and ensure a proper flow of tasks assigned. Other essential duties as demanded, maintain proper sanitation and proper professionalism at all times. The employee must be able to perform each essential duty adequately per the performance evaluation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Cook Aide is responsible for Cook’s essential duties when absent.
Employee Experience:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Must have reliable transportation and meet Missouri automobile liability minimum requirements. Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification. Knowledge of acceptable food storage, food preparation, and food service practices. Must have or pass the ServeSafe Certification required in Adair County, or equivalent in other areas. Must pass a Child and Elder Care Worker screening. Provide proof of yearly physical and TB risk assessment.
