Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports to address individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client assessments, including intake interviews and understanding their health history, to tailor treatments effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments using medical software and ensure accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions regarding anatomy knowledge or physiology concepts relevant to their care.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical software for documentation purposes.
- Experience providing patient service and patient care in diverse settings such as clinics or wellness centers.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate care.
