We are seeking an Experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial projects and supervise field crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electricians and helpers on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Plan, organize, and run projects from start to finish
- Install and troubleshoot panels, switchgear, and related equipment
- Run and bend EMT and rigid conduit, and pull wire safely and efficiently
- Coordinate materials, tools, and manpower to meet deadlines
- Communicate with project managers, other trades, and inspectors
- Ensure all work meets NEC code, safety, and company standards
- Train and mentor less-experienced team members
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a commercial electrician
- Proven blueprint reading and project-running experience
- Strong hands-on experience:
- Installing panels
- Running and bending pipe/conduit
- Reading and marking up prints
- Pulling wire
- Coordinating crews and material
- Must have all basic hand tools, including drills and related equipment
- Foreman / Supervisory experience is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
