Job Summary
The Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. This position involves providing excellent patient communication, customer service skills, managing front office tasks, and assisting with patient intake processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, enabling them to effectively support both patients and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in and check-out process.
- Conduct patient intake by collecting relevant information and completing necessary forms, including insurance documents
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Provide information to patients regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective patient assessment and care.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors.
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to assist in patient assessments.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance is essential for effective communication within the healthcare setting.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
