Position Available:: Staff Architect
General Description:: H/S is expanding our team of licensed professionals for our Lafayette and New Orleans offices with enthusiastic team players who enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 0-3 years experience
- Initiate/develop Construction Documents
- Assist Project Manager in adhering to project design schedules/budgets
- REVIT knowledge mandatory
- Ability to generate 3-D Visual Models and Animations a plus
- General knowledge of building codes/standards/material assemblies
- Interest in Community Engagement/LEED/WELL/Sustainable Practices, a plus
- Strong teamwork/problem solving/organizational skills
