We are currently in search of a Production Associate. This position is responsible for processing and reworking approximately 17,000 production kits to support BLE Gateway and Controller certification marking updates and FOB battery replacement requirements. This is a 10-12 week assignment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Unpack kits from shipping containers.
- Remove existing tie straps from kit for components processing.
- Replace FOB batteries according to work instructions.
- Transfer units to End-of-Line (EOL) station for certification laser re-marking update.
- Reassemble and secure kits with new tie straps.
- Repack completed kits into shipping containers for distribution.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and production workflow and procedures including SAP.
- Basic knowledge of and ability to perform manual and automated assembly.
- Ability to comprehend both verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
