At Active Fire Door Products (AFDP), we’re dedicated to making fire door compliance simple, effective, and reliable. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our outreach efforts, engage with clients, and help expand our presence in the fire and life safety industry.
This is not a Sales position. This is an hourly position to help with multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As our Sales & Office Assistant, you will:
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Help Prepare and distribute marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Assist with orders, invoicing and administration duties.
- Help maintain and update our CRM/database with accurate client and project information.
- Assist with trade show preparation, booth coordination, and event follow-ups.
- Track sales metrics and prepare basic reports for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and partners on marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to both sales and marketing projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Quickbooks and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and email marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
