Barista Role
As a Just Family Cafe Barista, you’ll craft high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create memorable experiences for every guest. Each cup and interaction matters—and our baristas are central to making every visit special.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year of barista experience in a specialty or high-volume café
- Skilled in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and drink customization
- Knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, French press, cold brew)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow store standards for quality, safety, and cash handling
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks during each shift
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
