Window Cleaning Technician I
Fish Window Cleaning dba (Pine Tar Industries, LLC) is hiring dependable and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, performance-based earning opportunities, a Monday through Friday schedule, and room for growth. We work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay is starting at $17.75/hour plus bonus & commission
- Paid training

Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services with some residential
- Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely
- Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
- Maintain equipment tools, and vehicles in clean working condition
- Follow company safety procedures and job-site expectations
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities while on-site
Requirements:
- Valid California driver's license
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle's insurance requirements
- Reliable personable vehicle
- Current automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditions
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
No experience required. We will train dependable candidates with strong work ethics and positive attitudes.
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Daytime shifts with occasional weekend opportunities
