Position Responsibilities:

Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations

Partner with product owners and other cross functional teams to align with the business needs

Develop and create reports and dashboards for Directors and end users

Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies
-
Log and track identified system problems through resolution

Passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions

Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline and 1 to 2 years of related IT experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience

Experience managing escalations from key stakeholders and business users.

Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.

Bachelor’s Degree

Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

Experience with CRM or Salesforce.

Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Excel experience.
