- Strategy: Lead global financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term modeling.
- Operations: Oversee accounting, global payroll, tax compliance, and treasury management.
- Investor Relations: Support corporate fundraising, board reporting, and cap table management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to US GAAP, international regulations, and audit standards.
- Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of financial leadership in SaaS, Fintech, or technology sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
- Skills: Expert knowledge of US GAAP and advanced financial modeling.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami, FL area.
