What You'll Be Doing
You'll join the maintenance team at a 288-unit apartment community in Marlton, NJ, keeping homes running and residents happy. Day to day, you'll:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC (split systems), plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and electrical issues
- Complete a high volume of daily service requests in a fast-paced environment
- Perform apartment turns and make-readies to prepare units for new residents
- Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and safety requirements
- Assist with grounds and seasonal duties, including snow removal
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and on-call needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of maintenance or related trades experience (multifamily or residential preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance
- EPA certification — or the willingness to earn it with our support
- Experience troubleshooting appliances and completing service requests independently
- Comfort using a smartphone/computer to manage work orders
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to respond to on-call emergencies within a reasonable commute
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Paid rotating on-call (approximately every 4 weeks)
- Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
