Our client is seeking a Senior Water / Wastewater Engineer to provide technical leadership across complex infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to remain deeply technical, leading design efforts and mentoring teams without being heavily focused on business development.
- Leading design of treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
- Performing QA/QC on technical deliverables
- Providing technical guidance across project teams
- Supporting hydraulic modeling and process design decisions
- Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing design work
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 8–15+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Strong technical expertise in treatment and/or utility systems
- Experience with design standards, modeling, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong mentorship and technical leadership capabilities
