Residential HVAC New Construction Installer (Apprentice or Journeyman)

What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems in new construction homes.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation, and accessories.
- Read plans and follow installation specifications.
- Work safely while maintaining clean, organized job sites.
- Communicate professionally with builders, supervisors, and fellow team members.
- Represent Taylor HVAC with integrity and professionalism.
What We're Looking ForApprentice Candidates
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Journeyman Candidates
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to install complete systems with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of HVAC best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
