Trinity Surfaces is hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our Customer Experience team. This role focuses on order entry, customer communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders and quotes in Prophet 21 (P21) with accuracy
- Track open orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate order status, updates, and timelines with customers and Sales
- Support sample requests, claims, and returns
- Manage daily priorities and meet turnaround expectations
- Monitor inventory availability and escalate issues when needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication and ability to build positive relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
